I've been with Defcon for 4 months now and have had a few issues with my server. The staff has always been very quick to assist and repair any problems with the server. The reason for this note is to explain that I, like any other person, am always looking for the better deal. I came across what appeared to be a better deal. I gave Defcon the option of matching the deal or to discontinue my service. They didn't just say OK and let me go. They made it clear that they wanted my business and were looking out for my best interest. They replied back that this was a non-licensed provider of Ventrilo. Rich and his staff were right on the money. After talking to this supposed "owner" of this so-called "company", I found that he was but an 18 year old boy who worked as a cashier and ran this "company" on the side. He also had no license to provide Ventrilo Servers.

Needless to say, I've decided to stick with Defcon. In addition to that, I've made a six month commitment to Defcon. They offer great discounts on six month commitments. If you're looking for a server company that is reasonbly priced and offer top notch customer service and support, this is the place to be.

The only word that comes to mind is just that, WOW. First set up was quick and painless, my guildies are all happy with our new vent server.
I just submitted a ticket for help in making a change with the codex and before I could wink my eye lid, I recieved a reply with change made.
I'm even happier with you now, than I was when I first joined.

I have been a happy DefconServers customer for 1 year and 3 months. Renting a Dedicated Clan Server i have to say my multi-gaming group at KoFG.org have been quite pleased with the services DefconServers provides as the customer service a great in my honest opinion.

Which from my past experience with renting a dedicated servers DefconServers is by far the best i've seen yet and is why i'm still a loyal customer today. So keep up the great work Defcon Servers.

My clan used defcon servers back in 2003 and had no problems with them but a few others had lower prices so we moved our servers and I'll tell you that was a huge mistake! Don't let price alone be your deciding factor when looking for a host! The ones selling cheap servers either load them up so they lag like mad or have no clue how to host games! Trust me we used a few of those and nobody compares to defcon in terms of superior running servers and the support staff who can fix pretty much anything! Save yourself the headache and go with defconservers. You will thank me! :)

My clan has been using defcon servers for almost 5 years and wouldn't think of switching providers. Our ventrilo server works flawless and the price is the best around.

Defconservers is one of the oldest game server providers and it shows why. Great prices, Solid support team and some of the best servers around. What more can you want?

I was signed up for a semi-annual (2x per year) billing cycle. I was billed four times in 4 months. They said they credited my account for the triple billing, but my account had no credit on it. I did not want the server anymore either so the credit for the overbilling was useless and they would not credit back my credit card. When I put in a dispute with my Credit Card company, Defcon threatened me with a $75 charge for a dispute.

My Counter-Strike Source community has recently upgraded from another provider and joined on with Defcon. I could not be happier. There tech support is knowledgeable and friendly and has help me set up custom commands lines to run games like hidden source on my box. You will not be disappointed with them. My servers fill up fast and everyone gets great pings.
