I have had much experience in the Gaming Industry and have been through my fair share of companies. Nothing ever seemed to really go for me, whether it be the right price but without the performance. Or the performance, for the wrong price. With EqualHosting, it hit it right on the nail for me. The 512FPS Dallas, TX server I got is great. Never had downtime, all the people saying the support is bad is lying because you can easily go to their site and click on 'EQ Tech Online' and their is ALWAYS someone on whether it be sales, technician, or billing. Truly fantastic. I do recommend EqualHosting to any gamer, serious or not, for great quality, at a great price.

Terrible customer support, no help at all. You have to pay extra to get customer support, its redicolous. The owner rich is never on, i had to wait 2 days for my server to get up. They gave me my money back, but it was too much of a hassle. Servers need constant restarting. Billing system was nice, dont charge you automatically. Also, the own employees of EQHosting are commenting their own company and giving it 10s, which is very dishonest.

this is a company started off small worked there way up to the top of the charts i give them 10 out of 10 they are a good server provider they put the customers first!!

Great service and server. Some things I wish were added to the TCADMIN control panel but all in all great. I got the server after only a few hours of buying. When I needed some things changed I was helped immediately. The guys/gals at Equal Hosting are running a great company. Keep it up!

This company is by far the BEST hosting company out there! They have everything a gamer could possibly need! Websites, Ventrilos, Game servers, and great deals too! The prices for the servers are cheap, which is surprising because the servers give absolutely no lag, and they run very smoothly.

The websites are very easy to configure to your liking as well. Even if you don't know what to do or how to do something with the site, then you can contact the support team. I contacted the support team and in about 2-3 seconds, I was talking with the company's support team. I have to say that I have never seen such a terrific hosting company in all of my years of gaming. Thanks EQ!

Ok, to get started, i loved the server. The 512 fps that i got was amazing, and worked jsut like a 1000 FPS server. The prices are great, very cheap. Even though its a 1.25$ for a 125 fps and other companies offer 1.00$ per slot, they dont overstack their boxes at all. Excellent registry, and excellent service. I got alot of help from Rich and Shyen, who both installed everything I wanted on my server. Excellent stuff, and thank you for the help!

I was very impressed by the services I received. Not only was the ping fantastic but the voice quality of the ventrilo servers were just amazing. I really recommend their voice servers to any team out there. I cant wait to see what their game servers are going to look like.

Server Quality- Amazing. I Loved my 15 slot 125 fps server. It was great!

When ever i tried contacting a staff member for support or pre-sale questions i never received an answer. After trying several times i just gave up on them. If before buying a server i received no support what will happen if i had put my money into it?

Server stability and speed is no problem at all and the price is right for sure.
The support with this up and coming company is really where it shines, as it's a group of very personable and down to earth individuals who treat you like an individual and not just another Trouble Ticket#. I'd say a good word for it is "personalized". For those who feel paying a small additional feel for this sort of support is a negative thing, then they clearly haven't dealt with many Hosting companies. A++
