We have been with Escaped Turkey Servers for sometime now, and although one would assume that the quality of servers would be below expectations with such an inexpensive plan, THEY are far above average and put large competitors to shame.

I canceled my service at the end of the month and the guy gives me a refund! Talk about customer service! I recommend them to anyone not wanting to deal with the normal headache of customer service. I deal with Enterprise level support daily and i was impressed with escaped turkey's support!

My experiences with Escaped Turkey have been with both a Team Speak server,
as well as a Game Server.
My service tickets that I submitted (due to things that were not their fault) were
responded to with lightning fast speed. Sometimes within 10 minutes!
They went out of their way to help. Upon cancellation of my Team Speak server today (SUNDAY!!) they quickly responded (on Sunday), and even refunded my last
months payment since I assume because I canceled prior to the end of the
month. I've used the Team Speak server for more than 30 days.
This was something that they didn't need to do, according to their policies.
I've kept the game server. I just can't justify a Team Speak when my group is
leaving it empty and unused most of the month.

Their Service is excellent. The quality of the servers are flawless!!
What you get for the money, is amazing, as I did shop around, and they were
anywhere from $20.00 cheaper to $50.00 cheaper in price when I shopped
for game servers with similar player slots.
I am only canceling due to a lack of activity in my gaming clan (group), and am
thoroughly satisfied with this Company. I've actually recommended them
numerous times, gotten some other gaming Clans to rent their servers, because they are exceptional. These people are the best kept secret out there.

VERY cheap server (20 slot pub COD:UO), it was my first ever....Good control panel but the server was very laggy and when I tried to contact the company about it I never got an answer so I had to cancel it in the end.

Very impressive for the inexpensiveness of the servers. I was with Escaped Turkey for a little over a year. I was impressed with the speedyness of the replying to support and with the quality of thier servers. With them My server could hold up to 55 people and not show any sign of lag. I recommend them to anyone who isnt really into the hassle of other gaming companies.

The guys at Escaped Turkey took care of me and answered a totally newbie question I had. The guys went above and beyond to help me, at 3:00AM even. If I ever play another online game and need a server, I'll come straight to these guys because they took care of me and made my server show up on the Call of Duty 4 master list.

They run a great business and deserve the attention of every potential game server operator.

The user interface is so easy to use that a banana with 2 olives for eyes could figure it out. Supports more games than a 12 year old computer nerd with a Pentium 2 can horde. Would definitely go with them again even if I still can't escape from Turkey (alas :()!

i have used escaped turkey for a few years now and have never had a problem with them any time i have a problem weather it billing or general support it is sorted out within a short time i would highly recomend escaped turkey to anyone without any hesitation and i plan to stay with them to provide my server needs for years to come

Escaped Turkey overall is one of the best providers I have ever went to. Not just me, we held a poll in my clan's forums to do this and above was our results. The server is always up and we rarely have to restart it. The Customer Support CAN be better, but they still come through if we have a problem. The updated Control Panel that just came out has mad everything easier for me and better looking I love it. When I first started prices were about $1 a server. At the holidays in December they introduced $20 for 32 slots. That was a very good deal for us. Now after a few more months they reduced yet again to $10 which will keep us a loyal customer for a VERY long time

Billing enquiries always answered in hours, which from other side of world is appreciated. Servers never had a problem the entire time we ran them, always up except for minor maintenance times. Control panel interface was easy for our newbies to use, so editing and restarting was never hard at all. Cost was always good, and we were often surprised at the free "extra"s offered - extra slots and so on

ET is the best deal I have found on the net. They also offer the best customer service that I have ever had for a server provider.

You get what you pay for; in this case less. We ran into problems with the servers once it started to fill up; the server started to lag spike and it was really frustrating. Eveantually, we tried to just use it as a private server for matches; but then we'd have to deal with the other team complaining, and we'd end up playing on their server anyway (because we didn't want to play on a server with lag spikes either). The problem is you get OK pings to their server, but you get little spikes that are hard to pinpoint but annyoing regardless. I tried to post about this as sincerely and politely as possible on their fourms, but my post was deleted anyway and got no help (At least PM me SOMETHING, deleteing my post doesn't make the problem go away).

Honestly, if your considering an ET server; go elsewhere. It's better to pay a little bit more for a server with less slots. There's no way your going to be able to get 20 people into an ET server and still be able to play (it'll probably shut down if the lag doesn't kill you because of some weird CPU restrictions). There's really no situation where an ET server would be something worth paying for.

Recently they have been moving server locations back and forth trying different things, had to update server info and ips like 3 times... Hopefully they wil be alot better once they get settled in

The forums have most everything you need as far as info goes .. the prices can't be beat ... A few months ago my opionion would have been a 360 to what it is now .... They have made moves to better everything for everyone .... Keep it up Turkey this is what it should be like .. shouldn't have to be an arm and a leg to have good running servers at a fair rate . :-)

Top notch. Prices are unbeatable, you can do pretty much anything legit with your server, they are SUPER QUICK to respond to questions (longest wait time on a response was several HOURS). They don't charge different prices for different games (which allows you to switch server games on the fly). Honestly, if the ratings could have more then 10 out of 10, they would of gotten higher.

great server provider with quick installs. I had my server up and running 2 hours after i ordered. Servers run great a 34 ping for us on jedi academy. to top it off great prices!

Customer Support has always gotten back to me within the day (and if need be, usually several times). The pricing is very good, though you don't have a location choice besides Dallas, Texas. Pings are stable all the time and they restart your servers and load up patches automatically for you.

The servers keep changing ip's you can never keep players .seems the only provider they can keep are dallas servers which make east,west coasters ping high

I really love this provider. I was having issues with my server, and I posted a ticket. Turkey immediately responded and helped me out. I had the server working perfectly within an hour. He was very lenient and adjusted a few things, so everything would work better. I highly recommend this provider.

The Best Provider ive Ever had ive had around 10 others They have by FAR the best Support out there some of the best pings and its a great price cant beat em!

EscapedTurkey's servers are great and they are provided to the customers at a great price. Their support is superior and the quality of their servers are just fantastic. There server control panel are very user-friendly and easy to learn how to use. I would refer EscapedTurkey to anyone.
