Truly a good server company i work sales for them and im not saying this just cause i work for them, but they are extremely smooth servers i haven't had 1 complaint about it in a scrim on CounterStrike:Source

8 core servers, fast connection, no lag. great servers!

Ive used some of the big names like AOWC and Impulse blows them all away. You get the best support. Individual support at that. You can have the same tech resolve all you issues. Plus, you can log into x-fire and get help almost anytime. Im a late night gamer and Ive been able to get live help on x-fire at 3:00am.

Price is a plus too. Impulse is a small company with low overhead so you dont get rape like a large company will do.

Impulse has always taken great care of me and has catered to me many times.

I have 2 TF2 servers with them and a ventrilo. Downtime has been less then an hour in 4 months running. Support is great, I can reach them the usual ways (phone, email, tickets) or xfire, which I really like. For orders over like 40 or 50 bucks you can request custom quotes (which is what I did) and they slash the prices.
