Our View : MainServ Technologies started Dec 1, 2008 by a single entrepreneur who wanted to see more competition and change in todays gaming service providers (GSP). Before he started MainServ he built MainVoice Communications to what it is today, 1500+ beyond satisfied Voice Server customers using only the best techniques and skills he learned from his days as a sales rep and tech for other companies.
MainServ Technologies is not only a (GSP) but a beacon of hope to all the young gamers out there, that they do not have to pay those outrageous prices that many other companies will demand from their loyal customers. I got the 1000fps dedicated core for 52 per month "cevo pkg" and no one else can touch that price. Server always runs smooth as silk and we never get any complaints about the server reg being bad and I've had it 3 months now . They had it up within minutes. Gpanel could be better but they have good support if there are any problems. | |||

Server had constant issues, started off at 60 tic. Had to get it re setup. Didnt fix anything. They finally fixed it, about an hour after having it up and running the server crashed and i cant login to anything. I submit a ticket and it takes 10 hours for them to reply. Im demanding a refund and never going with them again. | |||

I'v had many servers in the past all of witch have been CZ servers. usally I have problems with lagg or not being able to use certain plugins, Thats just not the case thanks to the people that run the Main Serv game servers. Any time I have had a problem then have payed great attention and come to our aid. The registry in the server is unserpassable and the same for the techs the run it. If your looking for a game server that will provide what you need and want check them out thier prices are lower and the professional way they run things will keep me coming back. | |||

yea i bought a server on may 13 couldnt get in the ftp so i had to pay a guy to do all my work well i figured i would cancle my subscription and use the server till it ran out but he cancles it on may 26 the guy is a thief he will steal ur money | |||

I was with Mainserve for about 1 year maybe less. In that time There were multipule billing issues I had requested a teampay acount that was setup and then taken down and had to be resetup everytime someone wanted to send money to the account. On top of that Main serve Charged my credit card even though the money was in the team pay account. I Asked him to return the money and was told that someone had stolen his account information and that it would be atleast a month before he could return the money. After waiting for more then 4 months now I still have not recieved the promissed credit to my credit card. I have contacted Warren many time's his response is always the same, quot ( I'LL take care of it) as of today it is still in limbo and has not been resolved. I would suggest that you think twice about using a company that can not take care of a simple billing Issue without all the excusses. I was made to pay on time and I belive that a company should be made to credit an account without all the excuses. Joe M. | |||

I am very happy with my package from MainServ. I got 20% off my payment with coupon save20 and my server got setup in less then 15 minutes. All though their gamepanel/ftp took a few tries to understand it all i got the best customer support anyone could ever ask for. I have 2 servers with them (pub and private) and my team mates love the private as much as my friends love the pub. I would highly recommend anyone to give them a try!! | |||

Main Servers are AMAZING. I would recemend this to anyone. There prices are reasonable, btw coupon: underminded for 10% off. The stable ping, reg, and uptime is wonderful. And there support, its just out of this world, there support is so generous, kind, and they get the work done. If anything, I recemend Main Servers and Main Voice. | |||

I had purchased a server from MainServ|Steve and he was one of the most helpful employees I have ever dealt with. The server registration is superior and the prices are great. I think we will see them around for a while. My only complaint is that the website seems to be lacking more detail about your servers, otherwise GREAT!! | |||

I have always heard of MainServ and never really wanted to switch companies. But once I actually played on one, I was sold instantly. Of course I always loved Aim2Game but once they started having problems is when I made the switch. MainServ has a great tech support person who is always helping (Matt) and the owner (Warren), well he is just an all around great guy. They have helped me so much and are always willing to help when I ask about something. So overall I would rate this company a perfect 10, and thats hard to get by me. | |||

Best prices out there. MainServ is continually adjusting their prices to beat competitors. The server was great, smooth, and my team loved it. The reg was fantastic and the CP was easy to use. I had a minor billing issue and the staff quickly scrambled to fix it, and they did. I certainly got my money's worth. | |||
